Mr. Epimenio Ysassi
has over 30 years of experience practicing law in the state of Texas and has successfully litigated cases involving criminal defense. Working in both Federal and State courts, has allowed him to develop the experience neccessary to advise clients about their legal needs.
As a former police officer, Mr. Ysassi learned the proper procedure to conduct an investigation and has also learned the many ways in which the integrity of some investigations are compromised. This allows him to formulate the most appropriate attack or other planned action for your legal defense.
As a former prosecutor, Mr. Ysassi gained tremendous knowledge of the criminal system and is familiar with the tactics prosecutors use to obtain guilty verdicts. Accordingly, he prepares detailed defenses for his clients to counteract these strategies.
These experiences give him an edge in the legal system and have contributed greatly to his having a successful track record.
Epimenio Ysassi has practiced in state courts throughout Texas and in the United States District Courts. In addition, he has represented clients before the 13th Court of Appeals as well as the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
